Merry (belated) Christmas...
This year we spent Christmas in Pittsburgh and started our travels the day after. On the 26th we headed to Morgantown to visit Nathan's parents & siblings, then that night made our way to Charleston to see my Mom & Roger. Thursday we stayed in Chas. and headed north to Bridgeport on Friday to see my Dad, Amy & siblings. Then on Saturday we stopped by Philippi, seeing the extended family, before heading home. It was nice to see everyone but made for a long 4 days. We had a nice Chrismas and are now looking forward to the new year.
Since we didn't have pictures of our Christmas tree to share... it was taken down less than a week after we put it up, we thought we'd post pictures of the trees we did get to share in this past week. Enjoy!
This is Roland, Linda, Kristi, & Todd's tree. The lonely present belongs to Melinda & Jeff, they visited Morgantown earlier in the week.

This is my Mom & Roger's tree. Mom would say it was more Roger's... he decorated it with blue lights, and spray snow. Mom tried to make it better with silver bows and little tin ornaments. I thought it looked nice... at least there weren't icicles this year, I hate those.
This is Dad, Amy, Danielle, Jack & Andrew's tree. Its the only one picture that didn't blurr when I took a picture with the lights off. As funny as it looks, leaning sideways and all, it was a very pretty tree. They once again used the spinners that Dad and I used years ago. And as for the way it leans, I forget the story, but it had to do with the way the man at the tree farm
tied it to the tree.

This is Grandpa & Grandma Funk's tree. I wish I had gotten one of JD's tree (next door) but I forgot... it also has the setting beneath. I've always loved the way they did their trees, I was even able to contribute to the town setting one year, I gave each of them a ceramic house that I painted as a Christmas present.
Merry Christmas!!!
